About the Role
We are looking for two motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leaders to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams. We need leaders who can drive revenue, improve sales performance, and help their agents consistently achieve strong results.
We are hiring one Team Leader based in Pakistan and one based in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, productivity, and conversion rates.
Coach agents on communication, customer engagement, probing, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Identify underperforming agents and implement improvement plans.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales agents.
Track team KPIs, call activity, sales results, and revenue generation.
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Help the team maximize sales revenue and consistently meet its targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, outbound sales, telesales, or a BPO/call center environment.
Proven experience leading, supervising, or coaching a sales team.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach agents through customer conversations, objection handling, and closing.
A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement solutions.
Strong accountability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only leadership opportunity. Team Leader commissions are tied to the revenue generated by the team.
The commission structure ranges from 1% to a maximum of 3%, depending on the revenue thresholds achieved by the team. Specific revenue thresholds and the applicable commission percentage will be communicated during the recruitment process.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure where earnings depend on team results.
