What’s on this page
Most job boards hide the pay. Listings say "competitive salary" or "DOE" and you find out three interviews deep whether the role can actually pay your rent. This page exists to end that: every one of the 481 remote roles below publishes a real salary range, pulled straight from the employer's own applicant tracking system or a vetted partner feed. What you see in the listing is what the company wrote — no estimates, no crowd-sourced guesses, no "market rate".
Why salary transparency matters. A published range does more than save you an awkward conversation. It tells you the employer has thought about pay equity, that the budget for the role already exists, and that your time won't be wasted on a role that can't work for you. Study after study on pay-transparency laws shows the same thing: when ranges are public, negotiation gaps shrink and offers land closer to the top of the band for the people who historically got lowballed. Applying to jobs that already show their numbers is the single easiest way to be paid what you're worth.
How to read the ranges here. Each listing shows the minimum and maximum the employer will consider, in the currency they published (most commonly USD, with GBP and EUR for UK and European roles). Two things to keep in mind. First, a range is a band, not a promise — where an offer lands inside it depends on your interview performance and demonstrated experience, so interviewing well is worth real money. Second, some companies pay location-adjusted salaries: the same title can sit lower in the band for a low-cost-of-living country and higher for a high-cost one. Read the range together with the location field on each listing, not in isolation.
Which roles publish pay. Transparency is unevenly distributed. Roughly one in ten of the roles we track publishes a range — engineering and product roles lead, followed by design, sales and support. Government-adjacent and EU-based employers almost always publish; some US startups still don't. If a role you want isn't on this page, it doesn't mean the pay is bad — it means you'll have to ask, and the polite time to ask is the first screening call: "What's the budgeted range for this role?" Any employer who refuses to answer at that stage is telling you something useful.
Currencies and pay periods. Because the listings here come from employers worldwide, the ranges arrive in the currency each company publishes: US roles in dollars, UK roles in pounds, European roles in euros, and occasionally others. Some listings express pay hourly or daily rather than as an annual figure — an hourly support role at $18–25 is roughly $37–52k a year full-time, so convert before comparing across listings. When a range looks unusually wide (a $60k–$200k spread, say), it usually covers multiple levels or location tiers rather than genuine negotiation room, and the listing's seniority field will tell you which end applies to you.
Negotiating when the range is public. A published band doesn't end negotiation; it focuses it. Anchor high within the stated range rather than above it, and justify the anchor with specifics — years of experience with the exact stack, shipped outcomes, timezone coverage. If the offer lands at the bottom of the band, ask what would move it toward the middle: a title bump, a start date that suits them, or a three-month review with a defined raise. And negotiate the whole package, not just base: equity, remote-work stipend, learning budget and paid time off are all currency.
Every listing below comes straight from the employer's own applicant tracking system or a vetted partner feed, re-checked every few hours, so the ranges you see are live. Applications always go direct to the employer — no account, no middleman, no fee — and nothing on this page will ever ask you for money to apply.

How often this updates
Employer ATS boards are re-read every six hours and partner feeds every three. Roles that disappear from their source are retired automatically, so nothing on this page should be a dead link. Prefer it as a feed? RSS and a free JSON API are both open.
