Account Manager - Email Marketing & Klaviyo

Are you an experienced Account Manager who understands eCommerce, email marketing, and Klaviyo?
We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted partner to a portfolio of growing eCommerce and DTC brands, helping clients understand what’s working, what needs attention, and where we can find the next growth opportunity.

What you'll be doing
Own relationships with a portfolio of eCommerce and DTC clients
Become the main point of contact and trusted partner for your clients
Lead regular client calls and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations
Understand client goals and translate them into clear priorities for the team
Guide email, lifecycle, and retention strategy across campaigns and flows
Work with copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists to keep projects moving
Manage campaign calendars, approvals, feedback, and deadlines
Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and strategic fit
Monitor email performance and identify opportunities for growth
Proactively communicate updates, manage expectations, and flag potential issues
Make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work being delivered
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role
Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
Strong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and retention
Experience with Klaviyo
Comfortable discussing campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations with clients
Strong communication skills and confidence leading client calls
Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Fluent English
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently
You don't need to be the person building every email yourself. But you should understand email marketing and Klaviyo well enough to guide clients, collaborate with specialists, ask the right questions, and recognize strong work.

The role requires full-time availability during Australian (Sydney) working hours.
