Results:
Deliver a minimum of 10 sales placements per week
Have a minimum of 4 people go to the final mock call interview each day.
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified Appointment Setters and Outbound Sales Closers
Generate sufficient candidate flow through self-sourced and inbound channels
Progress candidates who meet the required standard for sales experience, communication, performance, and remote readiness
Ensure shortlisted candidates provide credible evidence of previous sales performance
Maintain strong candidate attendance and reduce process drop-off
Keep all candidate records, notes, stages, and outcomes fully updated
Improve placement quality by targeting proven sales performers rather than general call centre applicants

Responsibilities:
Source high-quality Appointment Setters and Outbound Sales Closers in the Philippines
Build your own candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Facebook, Facebook groups, job boards, referrals, outbound outreach, communities, and other creative sourcing methods
Conduct structured recruiter screens to assess phone sales experience, communication, performance history, accountability, motivation, and remote readiness
Distinguish proven sales performers from customer service, support, or low-quality call centre applicants
Assess whether candidates have genuinely closed sales, set qualified appointments, or delivered effective warm transfers
Test candidate understanding of targets, call volume, conversion, revenue, close rates, and personal performance
Present the opportunity clearly and confidently, including the performance expectations, working schedule, and compensation structure
Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process with consistent follow-up
Reduce interview no-shows, delays, and candidate drop-off
Prepare clear candidate summaries that highlight evidence, strengths, risks, and recommendation
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager, QA team, trainers, and sales leadership
Continuously improve sourcing, screening, messaging, and candidate conversion

Requirements
At least 1 year of recruitment experience
Must have LinkedIn Premium Account
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
Experience recruiting salespeople, appointment setters, telesales representatives, closers, or similar revenue-generating positions
Strong candidate sourcing ability
Able to generate candidates independently rather than relying only on inbound applications
Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach
Strong spoken and written English
Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other Google Workspace tools
6 Days per week / 10 hours per day
Read 2 books per month
Reliable laptop or PC, Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection, Working camera and professional remote workspace
