CEO / Co-Founder — B2B Game Provider
About this role
We are looking for an experienced CEO / Co-Founder to build and scale a B2B real-money game provider from the ground up, turning it into a sustainable, revenue-generating business.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience within a B2B game provider, a strong and established network of operators, aggregators, and platforms, and a successful track record of building or scaling gaming businesses.
This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can take full ownership of business strategy, P&L, team development, commercial distribution, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the company's business strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market approach.
Identify priority GEOs, target customer segments, competitors, and distribution opportunities.
Build and scale the business from scratch, establishing a sustainable revenue model.
Define a competitive game portfolio strategy based on market data, commercial potential, and player preferences across different GEOs.
Take full ownership of business growth, financial performance, and long-term profitability.
Commercial Development & Distribution
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms.
Leverage an established industry network to secure strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
Oversee the entire commercial lifecycle, from lead qualification and contract negotiation to integration, launch, promotion, and revenue generation.
Secure strong game visibility, lobby placements, and promotional commitments from partners.
Develop and optimize distribution channels to maximize commercial performance.
Operations & Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing core team and establish an effective operating model.
Oversee game production, certification, integrations, and launches.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring consistent delivery, quality, and scalable release capacity.
Establish efficient management processes, clear responsibilities, and performance standards.
Identify and resolve operational and commercial bottlenecks.
Drive continuous improvements in delivery efficiency, operational performance, and team productivity.
Financial Management & Performance
Take full responsibility for P&L, cash planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Monitor and optimize unit economics across games, operators, GEOs, and distribution channels.
Establish and maintain a unified performance dashboard covering delivery, distribution, player, revenue, and reliability metrics.
Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation, investment priorities, and business development.
Collaborate with the Board on strategic decisions, organizational changes, and business performance.
Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce production costs, accelerate delivery, and improve operational efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience within a B2B real-money game provider.
Previous experience as a CEO, Co-Founder, COO, CCO, or Business Unit Director with substantial cross-functional responsibility.
Demonstrated success in building, launching, or significantly scaling a game provider, game portfolio, or commercial distribution.
Established and actively usable network of operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms, supported by successful integrations, launches, and revenue-generating partnerships.
Strong experience in P&L management, financial planning, business economics, and commercial performance.
Deep understanding of the gaming market, competitive landscape, distribution models, and game performance across different GEOs.
Ability to develop a data-driven portfolio strategy and identify commercially promising market opportunities.
Proven experience building and leading teams, establishing operational processes, and scaling business functions.
Solid understanding of game production, certification, integrations, and release management.
Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic partnership management skills.
Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
