What you will do

As a key member of the Brand Team, the Senior Marketing Manager, Peer-to-peer will support the HCP Lead in translating brand strategy, customer insights, thought leader perspectives, and field feedback into a robust peer-to-peer engagement strategy for TAVNEOS. In a rare disease market where clinical confidence, disease-state understanding, and evolving data are essential, this role will help strengthen HCP education and reinforce the role of TAVNEOS as an important treatment option for appropriate patients.

This individual will serve as the day-to-day strategic and operational lead for P2P initiatives, including speaker programs, congress execution, product theaters, advisory boards, speaker training, and related field support materials. The role will help shape elevated P2P engagement approaches, activate thought leader expertise, and partner cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are aligned, compliant, insight-driven, scalable, and connected to TAVNEOS brand priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the HCP Lead in translating brand strategy, customer insights, thought leader perspectives, and field input into peer-to-peer strategic priorities, engagement plans, and executional roadmaps.
• Help develop and quarterback a robust TAVNEOS peer-to-peer engagement strategy that integrates speaker programs, advisory boards, congress engagement, thought leader insights, field pull-through, and cross-channel coordination.
• Serve as the day-to-day strategic and operational lead for assigned P2P initiatives, ensuring programs are insight-driven, strategically linked to brand priorities, and executed with clear objectives, ownership, timelines, and performance measures.
• Lead assigned P2P initiatives from strategy through execution by establishing clear objectives, timelines, ownership, deliverables, cross-functional review milestones, decision points, and performance measures.
• Lead highly cross-functional P2P workstreams across Brand, TLLs, Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing Operations, agency, and other enterprise partners to align strategy, roles, timelines, deliverables, and decision points.
• Build compliant and productive working relationships with speakers, faculty, and influential HCP stakeholders to support high-quality peer-to-peer education, gather marketplace perspective, and advance broader brand objectives.
• Partner with TLLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing Operations, Compliance, and agency partners to identify, engage, onboard, contract, train, and support appropriate thought leaders and faculty for advisory boards, P2P education, speaker programs, congress activities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Steward speaker program content and peer-to-peer promotional assets, ensuring alignment with the approved HCP message platform, brand strategy, scientific narrative, customer behavioral objectives, and new/elevated P2P engagement approaches.
• Support congress strategy and execution in partnership with the HCP Lead and cross-functional partners, including product theaters, speaker engagement, promotional opportunities, field support needs, and integration with broader thought leader engagement priorities.
• Measure, track, and analyze peer-to-peer program performance, thought leader feedback, customer engagement, speaker effectiveness, target participation, and relevant KPIs; synthesize findings into recommendations that improve impact, content, engagement strategy, and execution quality.
• Lead peer-to-peer and congress-related materials through MAC review and manage day-to-day agency/vendor workstreams, SOWs/POs, contracting workflows, timelines, budget inputs, risk mitigation, and executional follow-through.
• Monitor the evolving AAV treatment landscape, customer feedback, competitor activity, scientific trends, and P2P best practices to recommend new engagement approaches, content opportunities, and strategic refinements.
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools and new ways of working to improve efficiency, accelerate insight synthesis, support content development, and strengthen execution of peer-to-peer and HCP promotional initiatives in a compliant and responsible manner.
• Identify test-and-learn opportunities that advance thought leader engagement, speaker program effectiveness, congress impact, customer education, and integration with the broader HCP promotional ecosystem.

• Peer-to-Peer Content & Engagement Strategy: Translates brand strategy, scientific data, customer barriers, and thought leader insights into clear, compliant, and strategically aligned speaker content, advisory board topics, congress opportunities, and P2P engagement plans.
• Matrix Leadership: Leads highly cross-functional P2P workstreams across Brand, HCP Promotions, Omnichannel, TLLs, Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Marketing Operations, Compliance, Legal/Regulatory, agency partners, and enterprise partners to align strategy, roles, timelines, deliverables, and decisions.
• Field and Enterprise Partner Enablement: Partners with Sales, Training, field leadership, TLLs, and enterprise partners to support field readiness, scalable ways of working, and effective pull-through of P2P engagement priorities.
• Strategic Execution, Measurement & Operational Excellence: Leads P2P initiatives from strategy through execution by establishing clear objectives, timelines, ownership, deliverables, performance measures, risk mitigation plans, and optimization recommendations.
• AI Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates curiosity and openness to adopting enterprise-approved AI tools, automation, and new ways of working to improve insight synthesis, content development, project management, and execution quality while maintaining appropriate compliance, privacy, and human oversight.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space, Or
• Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space, Or
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eager and curious marketer with a strong desire to build peer-to-peer, thought leader engagement, and HCP promotional capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, including aligning objectives, roles, timelines, deliverables, decision points, and performance measures.
• Ability to translate clinical data, customer insights, and field feedback into clear, compliant, and actionable HCP content.
• Ability to think strategically about peer-to-peer engagement and recommend new approaches that strengthen thought leader advocacy, customer education, field pull-through, and integration across the HCP promotional ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across Marketing, HCP Promotions, Omnichannel, Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, CD&A/BAI, Value & Access, TLLs, agency teams, and enterprise partners.
• Comfort engaging with field teams, TLLs, and enterprise partners to understand customer needs, improve P2P execution, and support scalable ways of working.
• Understanding of how personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and omnichannel tactics work together to support a cohesive HCP customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to simplify complex information and tailor communication to different audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on serving patients and supporting high-quality HCP engagement.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with evolving priorities, feedback, and ambiguity.
• Experience with speaker bureau operations, congress execution, advisory boards, omnichannel, peer-to-peer, or specialty/rare disease marketing is a plus, but not required.
