VP, Digital Sales and Operations

Position Overview

Beasley Media Group is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Vice President, Digital Sales & Operations to lead and scale the Company's digital commercial business. This is a remote leadership position responsible for driving digital revenue growth, sales performance, and operational excellence across all markets.

This executive will lead initiatives focused on accelerating digital revenue growth, optimizing advertising operations, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring operational excellence across Beasley's portfolio of digital marketing solutions.

As the senior leader accountable for the performance of Beasley's digital business, the Vice President will oversee digital sales strategy, revenue generation, advertising operations, fulfillment, client success, and key business initiatives. This leader will own digital revenue performance and profitability while partnering closely with executive leadership to expand market share, strengthen competitive positioning, and accelerate the Company's transformation into a leading multi-platform media and digital marketing organization.

The Vice President will play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving execution, and building a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, innovation, and measurable results.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based). Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States. Periodic travel to corporate offices, market visits, client meetings, industry events, and leadership meetings is required.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Leadership

• Own and lead the digital business revenue plan, operating budget, and P&L performance.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
• Establish sales and operating performance targets aligned with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Partner with market leadership teams to increase digital revenue penetration and expand adoption of digital products and services.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies that support business expansion.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to executive leadership.

Sales Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of digital sales and operations leaders.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while building leadership bench strength and succession plans.
• Establish clear goals, compensation alignment, and performance management processes that drive results.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts that improve sales productivity and overall business performance.

Advertising Operations & Client Delivery

• Oversee all digital advertising operations, campaign fulfillment, and client delivery functions.
• Establish operational KPIs and service-level standards focused on quality, efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process optimization initiatives that improve speed-to-market, campaign execution, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure excellence in campaign performance, reporting, billing accuracy, and client support.
• Champion automation, technology adoption, and workflow improvements that increase productivity and profitability.

Customer Success & Retention

• Develop strategies that improve customer retention, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce client churn.
• Partner with sales leadership to strengthen client relationships and maximize revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Ensure client success teams deliver exceptional experiences and measurable business outcomes for customers.
• Analyze customer performance data, identify trends, and implement initiatives that improve retention and expansion opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships & Innovation

• Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer to evaluate technology platforms, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Support the development, commercialization, and market positioning of new digital products and services.
• Drive innovation initiatives that improve competitive differentiation and business performance.
• Partner with product, technology, finance, and market leadership teams to align resources and execution against strategic priorities.
• Support the growth of Beasley's B2B platform initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, and long-term digital business expansion plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital media, advertising, ad-tech, marketing services, agency leadership, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading high-growth digital businesses with direct responsibility for revenue, profitability, and operating performance.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling digital sales organizations and advertising operations teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue businesses and complex organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, programmatic media, performance marketing, audience solutions, CRM platforms, analytics, and campaign fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve operational performance, and execute transformational initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience within digital agencies, media organizations, marketing technology companies, publishers, or ad-tech platforms strongly preferred.
• Radio broadcasting experience is not required.
