Who You Are:At most companies, affiliates are a channel. At HighLevel, they're the business. Our affiliate program drives the growth of the company, and getting them paid correctly and on time is not just a back-office function. It's a trust function.
You are the person who owns that. You'll run affiliate commissions and contractual payments end to end, across our entire affiliate base. Whether you’re triaging an issue, proactively analyzing the data, or walking a frustrated affiliate through why their commissions went up or down month over month, you are able to process data quickly and have confident, empathetic conversations with stakeholders. You're confident being the go-to when affiliates have a question about their money, and you ensure the right amounts get sent out the door.
This is a build role. You’ll collaborate closely with the current affiliate, endorsement, commission, revenue operations, data, and legal teams, and you'll create the standard and processes that the growing team runs on for years to come.
