Dynime is seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-aware Social Media & Brand Executive to enhance its global brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content to build brand awareness, engage the audience, and support business growth.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Content, Video, Sales, and Leadership teams to develop compelling campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and expand Dynime's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of modern branding, storytelling, content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement, who can balance creativity with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, plan content calendars, publish and manage content across various platforms, monitor performance, and stay updated on trends.
Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity, ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, support brand positioning, and collaborate on campaigns.
Content Collaboration: Work with designers, video editors, and content specialists to produce high-quality content.
Community Engagement: Respond to inquiries, build relationships with followers and professionals, monitor brand mentions, and encourage discussions.
Campaign Management: Execute product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinate with performance marketing, and support events.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze audience growth and engagement, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Experience creating engaging content for B2B audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS, AI, software development, technology companies, or digital agencies.
Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership campaigns.
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with short-form video content strategies.
Understanding of paid social advertising.
Knowledge of employer branding and corporate communications.
