Overview
Dynime is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative CRM & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and business automation workflows across the organization. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, streamlining internal processes, and enabling scalable growth through automation.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership teams to build intelligent workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve lead management, and maintain accurate customer data. About the Role
As the CRM & Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating scalable systems that improve how Dynime manages leads, customers, projects, and internal operations. You'll configure CRM platforms, automate sales and marketing processes, integrate business applications, and build workflows that reduce manual work while improving accuracy and efficiency.
You'll also collaborate with technical teams to connect APIs, AI tools, and third-party platforms, helping Dynime deliver a seamless customer journey from lead generation to long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Configure, customize, and maintain CRM platforms to support business operations.
Design and optimize lead pipelines, sales stages, and customer lifecycle workflows.
Maintain clean, accurate, and organized customer data.
Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and department managers.
Ensure CRM best practices and data governance.
Workflow Automation
Build automated workflows for sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations.
Eliminate repetitive manual tasks through intelligent automation.
Design approval workflows, notifications, reminders, and task automation.
Optimize internal processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation systems.
System Integrations
Connect CRM platforms with websites, forms, payment systems, customer support platforms, and third-party applications.
Build API-based integrations between business tools.
Manage webhook implementations and data synchronization.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system reliability.
Work closely with developers on advanced automation requirements.
Marketing & Sales Automation
Automate lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and qualification.
Build email automation sequences and customer engagement workflows.
Support campaign tracking and attribution.
Improve lead routing and sales handoff processes.
Optimize customer onboarding and follow-up automation.
AI & Business Automation
Implement AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
Explore and integrate modern AI tools into daily operations.
Build AI-assisted internal processes where appropriate.
Recommend automation opportunities that improve customer experience and business performance.
Reporting & Optimization
Monitor workflow performance and system health.
Analyze CRM usage and adoption.
Create reports and dashboards for business insights.
Recommend continuous improvements based on performance data.
Document systems, workflows, and automation processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2–5+ years of experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
Strong understanding of CRM administration and customer lifecycle management.
Experience designing workflow automation.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, Pipedream, or similar automation platforms.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Experience integrating payment gateways, forms, websites, and SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
Experience with customer onboarding automation and revenue operations.
Basic SQL or database knowledge is a plus.
