Senior UI/UX Designer | Logos

Hi!

We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.

We’re currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join Logos — a business developing an AI-powered self-discovery platform.

At the core of the product is AI as a personal companion that supports users on their journey of self-discovery. The product’s key value is helping people gain clarity about who they are, what they want, and why they make certain decisions. Its mission is to help people live happier lives by changing the way they understand themselves and perceive the world.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Lead the entire design direction and report directly to the CEO — be the sole owner of design decisions and priorities.
• Own end-to-end design for mobile and web, working closely with developers and the CEO.
• Build and maintain one design system shared across platforms.
• Own conversion across App Store → onboarding → paywall → activation.
• Design the core Self Map experience — the product’s differentiator.
• Bake AI tools into the daily workflow to ship faster every sprint.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has end-to-end product design experience — no separate UI executor needed.
• Has simultaneous depth in mobile and web.
• Has experience in Growth & CRO design — onboarding, activation, paywall flows.
• Understands the core principles and approaches of A/B testing: how hypotheses are formed and what makes a valid test.
• Has English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher: the product targets the US market, so UI copy, onboarding microcopy, and ad creatives must read naturally and be polished for a native audience.
• Has team-building fundamentals — has hired, briefed, or managed designers/contractors before; is ready to build and lead a design team as the company scales toward a Head of Design / CDO path.
• Has experience building design systems / component libraries for multi-platform reuse.
• Uses an AI-native workflow — Figma AI/Make or equivalent, generative tools, design-to-code.

Here’s what our hiring flow looks like:

• Step 1. Pre-screen with the Recruiter.
• Step 2. Short interview with the CEO.
• Step 3. Test Assignment, if needed.
• Step 4. Bar-Raising Interview.
• Step 5. Reference Check.
• Step 6. Job Offer.

Why build with us:

Growth & self-realization

• Join the product at an early stage and grow with it as it scales.
• Take ownership of your area with the freedom to make decisions and drive change.
• Build your function from scratch — from processes and approaches to the team.
• Keep growing through internal and external talks, our corporate library, course reimbursement, English classes, and speaking clubs.

Flexible working conditions

• Choose your work format: fully remote or our Kyiv office, with coworking spaces in Lviv and Warsaw.
• Shape your own workday with a flexible schedule focused on results.
• Take time to fully recharge: 28 working days of vacation, up to 30 sick days, and public holidays off.
• Use our transfer service when needed and adjust your work and days off to fit your schedule.

Care & support

• Take care of your health with medical insurance and psychologist session reimbursement.
• Get involved in socially important initiatives, including our Ukrainian Victory Support program.
• Celebrate important milestones with us and receive gifts for special moments in your life and career.

Join us in building a product that will help millions of people better understand themselves.
