Overview
Elvoro is seeking an experienced sponsorship sales professional to secure corporate sponsors for our exclusive, private AI event in Davos in January 2027, taking place alongside the WEF.
You will take ownership of the sponsorship acquisition process, from identifying potential sponsors and reaching decision-makers to pitching opportunities, negotiating terms, and securing signed agreements and payments.
We are looking for a commercially driven, independent sales professional with a proven track record of closing corporate sponsorship deals and ideally an established network of relevant decision-makers.
This is a short-term, results-driven opportunity with significant commission potential, flexible working arrangements, and the possibility of continued collaboration. Our team will provide the necessary event information, sponsorship packages, and support with final negotiations where needed.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research: Identify suitable corporate sponsors, evaluate their strategic fit with the event, and find the relevant decision-makers.
Outreach & Acquisition: Proactively contact prospective sponsors through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, email, LinkedIn, and other effective channels.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a qualified sponsorship pipeline, maintain consistent follow-ups, and prioritize opportunities with the highest conversion potential.
Sales & Negotiation: Understand prospective sponsors' objectives, communicate the commercial value of the event, present sponsorship packages, and negotiate agreements. Our founder may assist with final discussions involving serious prospects.
Closing: Convert qualified prospects into paying sponsors, coordinating signed agreements and completed payments with our team.
Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully securing paid corporate sponsorships, preferably for business events, conferences, or exclusive private events.
Strong experience in outbound B2B sales, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and deliver results within a limited timeframe.
Excellent professional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, independent, and commercially focused.
Strongly preferred: An established network of relevant corporate decision-makers and previous experience securing high-value sponsorship agreements.
Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to $25,000 in sponsorship sales commission, depending on the number and value of successfully secured sponsorship agreements. The event has a limited allocation of four event partner positions. A lower, fixed, one-time base payment for the engagement might also be negotiated.
The opportunity offers substantial independence, growing your sales experience and network, and direct involvement in securing commercial partnerships for a high-profile private event in Davos. Successful collaboration may also lead to an ongoing sales engagement. An invitation to attend the event in Davos, potentially including covered expenses, may be offered based on performance and is not guaranteed.
