The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Senior Manager, Marketing Data, Operations & Automation to lead Esko's global marketing operations function. Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead a global team of six marketing operations, automation, and analytics professionals across multiple time zones.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, data, and technology, with a particular focus on data enrichment and hygiene, analytics and data orchestration, enterprise Salesforce and marketing automation, and people leadership. You will ensure Esko has trusted and actionable marketing data, scalable systems, and the analytics and automation capabilities needed to improve marketing performance and revenue contribution.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Lead, mentor, and develop Esko's global team of six marketing operations, automation, and analytics professionals across multiple time zones, setting clear priorities, governance, standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the global marketing operations, data, analytics, and automation strategy with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and leadership, aligning priorities with growth, revenue, and operational objectives.
• Own marketing and customer data quality, enrichment, normalization, deduplication, governance, and ongoing hygiene across Salesforce and the broader marketing technology ecosystem, establishing standards for reliable targeting, segmentation, reporting, attribution, and decision-making.
• Lead data orchestration across CRM, marketing automation, digital, enrichment, BI, and integration platforms, improving how data is integrated, transformed, segmented, routed, and activated.
• Own marketing analytics and executive reporting across pipeline, revenue contribution, funnel and campaign performance, customer acquisition, and marketing efficiency, building scalable dashboards, attribution models, and insights that improve conversion, velocity, and effectiveness.
• Serve as the senior marketing technology authority for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), owning requirements, architecture, governance, integrations, segmentation, scoring, nurture, campaign and lifecycle management, marketing-to-sales processes, platform modernization, and practical AI applications while ensuring Salesforce remains the trusted source of truth.

You bring a strong understanding of B2B marketing, funnel performance, attribution, and revenue measurement, together with the curiosity and technical depth to solve complex problems and continuously improve how Marketing operates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, Data Intelligence, or a related discipline, including 3+ years leading and developing teams.
• Advanced experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation environments, including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), together with a strong understanding of CRM data architecture, integrations, data flows, and marketing-to-sales processes.
• Strong experience in data enrichment and hygiene, data governance, marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analysis, executive reporting, and data visualization.
• Proven experience leading complex marketing technology implementations, integrations, migrations, and transformation initiatives within B2B organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technology challenges into clear business insights and outcomes for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• This remote job can only be hired from an European country with a Veralto legal entity

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RingLead for data quality, deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and routing.
• Experience with Clay for data enrichment, research, orchestration, segmentation, and automated workflows.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable advanced data visualization and BI platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, customer data platforms, integration platforms, APIs, SQL, and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certifications, plus experience applying AI and advanced automation to marketing data and operational workflows.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
