Senior Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing and audience growth across PlayersBest and our portfolio of digital assets.

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, growing audiences organically, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, building online communities and optimising performance across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, sports and online entertainment, who understands how to build audiences, identify trends and turn major events and opportunities into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company and brand goals.
Lead the organic growth strategy across multiple brands and digital assets.
Own and manage social media channels including X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Develop and manage content calendars across multiple platforms and brands.
Create engaging copy and content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Plan and execute content around major sports events, iGaming events, entertainment and relevant cultural moments.
Create reactive and real-time content around trends, news and live events.
Identify and use trends, virality tactics and A/B testing to maximise reach and engagement.
Develop creative briefs and coordinate with design and content teams where required.
Request and repurpose clips from live streams and other content for digital channels.
Build and manage online communities across relevant platforms, including Discord.
Monitor social channels, moderate discussions and respond to comments and messages.
Monitor competitors, trends and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth.
Work closely with content, design, media, marketing and other teams to ensure campaigns and content are relevant and delivered on time.
Track and analyse digital and social media performance and continuously optimise strategy.
Share actionable insights and recommendations with internal teams to drive growth and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing or audience growth.
Experience within affiliate marketing, iGaming, sportsbook, sports media, entertainment or a similar digital environment.
Strong hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.
Proven ability to grow audiences organically and increase engagement.
Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content and community engagement.
Experience creating or coordinating short-form video, graphics, images and other digital content.
Strong writing, communication and creative storytelling skills.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, platforms and content calendars.
Experience using digital and social media analytics to measure and improve performance.
Knowledge of live streaming platforms such as Twitch or Kick is a plus.
Understanding of online slots, sports betting and gaming culture is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify new growth opportunities.
Strong interest in sports, iGaming, entertainment and internet culture.
