As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support Helin's commercial growth by executing data-driven marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen brand visibility, and support pipeline development.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and analytics to drive measurable business results.

• Generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Increase Helin's visibility and credibility across target markets.
• Deliver impactful campaigns and content that drive customer engagement.
• Improve marketing performance through data-driven optimization.
• Support commercial growth through effective collaboration across teams.

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Manage the company website
• Create and coordinate content including case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, website copy, and video materials.
• Support webinars, trade shows, industry events, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to develop customer-focused messaging and campaigns.
• Manage marketing automation activities and campaign performance within HubSpot and related platforms.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or lead generation within a B2B technology environment.
• Proven success generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO optimization platforms such as Semrush and marketing reporting tools.
• Experience executing digital campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and ABM initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, content creation, and project management skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience marketing AI, industrial technology, cloud, maritime, offshore, or renewable energy solutions. Experience with events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, Power BI, Lovable, CMS, WordPress, or AI-powered marketing tools.
