About TalentCross

We specialize in placing skilled professionals in remote roles where they can make a real impact — without relocating. When you work with TalentCross, you get full support throughout the hiring process and beyond.
About the Client
Our client is a US-based Salesforce consulting partner that works with nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and small businesses. They help mission-driven organizations turn complex data into clear, actionable insights using Salesforce and Tableau. About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join our client's team on a fully remote basis. This is a dual-function role — you will handle both hands-on technical development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations) and day-to-day Salesforce administration (configuration, automation, user management). You will work directly with nonprofit clients, helping them get the most out of their Salesforce platforms.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both building custom solutions and managing platforms — and who cares about using technology to support organizations doing meaningful work.

- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have
- A passion for using technology to help organizations improve
