About this role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our commercial team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and closing deals that help organisations hire more fairly and effectively. This is a role for someone who is energised by talking to people, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by results. You will be selling a product you can stand behind, one that genuinely makes hiring better.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound enquiries
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' hiring challenges and present Bryq as the solution
Deliver product demonstrations to HR teams, talent acquisition leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
Manage a structured sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Negotiate and close contracts, working with the legal and finance teams on larger deals
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover after signing
Represent Bryq at industry events, webinars, and HR conferences
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
Secondary education or above; undergraduate degree preferred
