You will work across sales, marketing, and delivery teams, supporting opportunities of varying sizes and complexity while helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in our sales processes.

The Commitment

• Provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion trends to drive revenue growth.
• Track and report monthly conversion rates, pipeline progression, and key sales metrics.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite CRM, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process adherence.
• Design and enhance NetSuite dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain lead tracking systems to measure marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor sales pipeline activity and forecast accuracy, ensuring proper stage progression and data hygiene.
• Track 100% of inbound inquiries and sales activities, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
• Support knowledge transfer from sales to delivery teams, ensuring smooth transitions and complete documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Support the creation and validation of “As Sold” documentation, ensuring completeness of scope, pricing, and supporting analysis where required.
• Coordinate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to gather inputs for proposals and solution documentation.

• Accurately calculate and manage sales commissions and incentive programs, including bonuses for the Software Strategy team.
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting of compensation metrics and payouts.

• Support sales enablement initiatives, tools, and content to improve team effectiveness.
• Assist in managing client testimonials and reviews, targeting consistent monthly acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts

The Essentials

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Possess strong skills in critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Sheets
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and database software
• Knowledge of NetSuite products and services is a plus.
