About the role

Simulint is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business for BlueSphere, our managed cybersecurity and IT services platform. You'll own the full new-logo sales motion: working pipeline sourced through our partnership channels, converting Pulse-originated leads, and generating your own outbound opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage and close pipeline sourced from partner channels and Pulse-originated leads
Conduct direct outbound prospecting into target verticals (financial services, F&B, credit unions, senior living/CCRC, capital and investment firms)
Build and present proposals and statements of work across all four BlueSphere service lines (Shield, Fabric, LatticeAI, Pulse)
Represent Simulint in partner-facing meetings and quarterly business reviews
Track campaigns and source leads from external promotional activity, ensuring accurate attribution in HubSpot
Maintain complete, current deal records in HubSpot, correct stage, amount, close date, priority, and revenue type are a condition of the role
Log all prospect-relevant conversations as HubSpot notes, manually and through automation

Requirements

2+ years of B2B sales experience, cybersecurity, MSSP, or IT services experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated new-logo closing track record, comfortable running a full sales cycle independently
Comfortable with a commission-weighted compensation structure
Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical service offerings into client-relevant value
Rigorous CRM (HubSpot experience preferred) discipline as a working habit
Acumen for identifying sales process automation opportunities within the CRM

What success looks like in the first 90 days
