SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B) – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Remote | Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area | Full-Time
SELL A SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGERS SAY YES TO
Citizen Home Solutions is growing 25% year over year. We run a free concierge service that makes moving easier for residents of apartment communities and rental properties. The property manager gets paid. Residents get premium services at no cost. You get paid too.
Property managers like it because it adds value for residents and costs them nothing. That makes you a welcome call, not a cold one.
THE PAY
- Base salary of $65,000–$100,000
• Uncapped commission
• Bonus on recurring revenue
- Many reps earn $100K+ in year one
• Leads provided
• Bring your own real estate or property management contacts? You keep those deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find and win new property management clients through LinkedIn, networking, calls, and local real estate groups
• Present to decision-makers and close deals
• Track every opportunity in our CRM
- Meet and beat your monthly and quarterly goals
• Hand clients off to our support team and make sure onboarding goes well
• Work with Marketing, Success, and Operations to grow the business
Some local travel is part of the job, including client meetings and industry events across DFW.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in business development or outside sales, with a record of hitting your targets
• Comfortable with outreach and cold calls
• Someone who builds real relationships and thinks long-term
• Self-motivated, tracks your own numbers, and wants uncapped earnings
• Coachable: you take feedback and use it
• Living in the DFW area
