Silver Bell Group is looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Revenue & Performance Optimization Manager to optimize pricing, distribution, and overall revenue performance across a hospitality and living portfolio. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability by turning insights into actionable strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize total revenue through dynamic pricing, yield strategies, and demand-based distribution
- Analyze booking pace, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, segmentation, and channel profitability
- Manage pricing, inventory, and exposure across OTAs, GDS, meta-search, and direct channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts
- Drive direct booking performance and conversion optimization
- Maintain and optimize RMS, PMS, and Channel Manager tools
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office on unified revenue strategies
- 3+ years of experience in revenue management or data-driven hospitality roles
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for KPIs and performance insights
- Experience with OTA platforms, channel management, and pricing strategies
- Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven working style
- Profit-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Advanced English and German language
