Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and results-driven TikTok Ads Specialist with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns on TikTok.
In this role, you'll take ownership of TikTok advertising campaigns, from strategy and execution to ongoing optimization and performance analysis. You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad campaigns that drive conversions, generate revenue, and deliver measurable results.
We're looking for someone who understands what makes TikTok advertising successful, knows how to identify winning creatives, and can confidently make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Identify winning ad creatives and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing video content.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with TikTok advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience with creative testing and identifying high-converting ad content.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing agency.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Experience with e-commerce, DTC brands, or lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Shopify, or other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience working with UGC creators or creative production teams.
