About this role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Partner Manager to lead and manage our partner ecosystem and drive strategic relationships with technology partners.

The role will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, developing new opportunities, supporting Sales and Bidding activities, and generating partner-sourced pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with technology partners within a System Integrator environment, combined with strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall technology partner ecosystem and build strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
Develop and execute partner relationship strategies across different levels of engagement.
Support the Sales and Bidding teams in securing partner quotes and required partner support for opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) activities with Tier-1 technology partners.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing partnerships.
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to business growth through strategic partnerships.
Manage partner-related operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Maintain and continuously progress partnership levels and relationships.
Act as a key point of contact between the organization and its technology partners.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in technology partner management, preferably within a System Integrator environment.
Proven track record of building and managing successful technology partnerships.
Demonstrated experience in generating partner-sourced pipeline and supporting business development.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and relationship management.
Experience supporting Sales and Bidding/Presales teams with partner engagement and quotations.
Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Bidding, and other internal teams.
