Job Summary:

We are in an exciting phase of hyper growth and are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support our QA Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ensure accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Assist the QA Team in executing various quality assurance administrative tasks.
Maintain and update records, ensuring all documents and certifications remain current for customers and partners.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required documentation and upload it to the relevant portals.
Make follow-up phone calls to customers and collaborate with the US team to verify information and facilitate documentation collection.
Support the process for annual certifications such as Organic, UEP, and others.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the QA team.
Check and maintain all COAs that are sent via e-mail
