What You'll Own

• The global hiring strategy. You'll design and run the talent approach for annotation, multilingual projects, LLM evaluation, LiDAR and Physical AI expertise, and specialized domains such as Legal, Medical, Maths, and Science.
• Pipelines in five regions. You'll build and manage recruitment engines that deliver reliably across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
• A flexible workforce ecosystem. You'll set up and scale vendor, freelancer, and distributed talent networks that can flex with changing project needs.
• Speed without compromise. You'll lead high-volume, fast-turnaround hiring while holding the line on strict quality benchmarks.
• How talent gets measured. You'll design structured screening frameworks, certification processes, and benchmarking systems that define what "qualified" means.
• Capacity planning. You'll work with delivery and operations leaders to forecast workforce needs so talent is ready before demand arrives.
• A smarter recruitment machine. You'll improve processes, automation tools, and ATS systems to make hiring faster and more efficient.
• The numbers that matter. You'll track and report time-to-fill, time-to-certify, bench readiness, and pipeline health, and use that data to drive decisions.
• Compliance across borders. You'll make sure distributed hiring meets contractual, regional, and data security requirements.
• Ongoing improvement. You'll keep refining sourcing strategies to widen global talent coverage and scalability.

Requirements

• You'll thrive in this role if you've already scaled distributed teams of 50 to 500+ people across international programs, and you know what it takes to do it again, only faster.
• You'll do especially well if you bring 5 to 10 years of global talent acquisition experience, ideally in AI/ML, data services, SaaS, BPO, or tech-enabled platforms. You understand multilingual and contractor-based workforce models from the inside, not just in theory.
• If you've hired for AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, CV/LiDAR, or domain-expert roles, you'll feel at home right away. Experience with global freelance marketplaces and distributed expert networks is a strong bonus.
• You think in data. You build dashboards, read the signals, and adjust strategy based on evidence. You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders with confidence, whether that means pushing back on unrealistic timelines or getting operations, delivery, and vendors on the same page.
• Most of all, you own outcomes. Fast-paced, high-growth environments energize you, and accountability feels like freedom, not pressure.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field rounds out the profile.
