Job Title: Production Specialist

About the Client:
Is a consulting firm that helps businesses improve their marketing, technology, sales, and AI-driven processes. The team works closely with clients to support their digital presence, marketing operations, and business growth.

Overview:
A production specialist who lives in WordPress and HubSpot all day, builds exactly what they are handed, checks the work in a browser before anyone else sees it, and reports hours by deliverable every Friday.

The Work:

Three lanes, weighted by where the month actually goes. Every task arrives as a written brief from Haney Strategy.

WordPress about 55%

• Build and refresh pages in WPBakery Page Builder, working on a staging copy before anything goes live. Two pages a month at baseline, more in October and November.
• Load finished blog posts with featured images, on-page search fields, and internal links. About two a month.
• Monthly site care: five form tests end to end, broken-link checks, and click-through review after updates.

HubSpot about 25%

• Build and maintain dashboards, and the custom reports behind them: single-object, cross-object, and funnel, with filters, date ranges, and saved views.
• Build and schedule email campaigns from supplied copy: template, personalization, recipient list and suppressions, test send, and results. About one a month plus dated customer sends.
• Run the monthly admin checklist: new user setup, record reassignment when someone departs, the inactive-user review, and report filter updates.
• Join client Zoom calls to deliver HubSpot walkthroughs and short training sessions for the sales team.

Social and listings about 20%

• Schedule eight to ten Facebook and X posts a month from a content calendar, with client image approval before posting.
• Produce Facebook and X graphics from supplied templates.
• Local business listing and citation consistency cleanup.

Qualifications:

Must have

• Native WordPress admin fluency. Moves without hesitation through media library, revisions, users and roles, permalinks, plugin screens, and the Yoast meta box.
• WPBakery Page Builder, hands-on. Rows, columns, element parameters, saved templates, and copying sections between pages.
• Catches their own visual mistakes. Builds a page, then finds the layout break at tablet and phone width before anyone else sees it.
• HubSpot dashboard building. Builds a dashboard from scratch and the custom reports behind it, from a business question, without a tutorial.
• HubSpot email campaign build. Builds a campaign end to end from supplied copy: template, personalization, recipient list and suppressions, subject and preview text, a test send, and scheduling.
• Runs a client session on Zoom. Joins a client call, shares a screen, and walks a non-technical sales team through HubSpot: running a report, updating a record, or using a dashboard.
• Follows a written brief exactly. Works to spec and asks a question when the brief is incomplete, rather than filling the gap with a guess.
• Professional English, written and spoken. Writes a weekly client-facing update that lists hours by deliverable, and speaks clearly enough to lead a training call with a client team.

Important

• Managed WordPress hosting. Kinsta or comparable: staging environments, pushing staging to live, backups and restores, cache clearing, and redirects.
• HubSpot forms. Building and editing forms in HubSpot, and connecting each one to the right list and follow-up.
• Yoast on-page entry. Page titles, meta descriptions, and FAQ schema, entered accurately to spec.
• Facebook and X scheduling. Working a content calendar ahead of time, with an image approval step before posting.
• End-to-end form testing. Verifying a WordPress form submission reaches HubSpot and triggers its notification email.

Nice to have

• Listings and citations. Local business listing, citation, and NAP consistency work.
• Google tools. GA4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile navigation.
• Template design. Filling Canva or Figma templates to produce social graphics.
• Premium plugins. Slider Revolution, ACF PRO, or Schema Pro exposure.
• Industry background. B2B commercial services such as security, fire protection, or the trades.
