The role

We're looking for an AI-Driven Growth Manager to spearhead our R&D initiatives: discovering promising niches and building subscription-based products from scratch. This is a zero-to-one challenge where you'll shape the ecosystem end-to-end in a highly autonomous, “hands-on” role.

You will operate within a flexible, multi-agent AI environment to orchestrate the entire growth cycle through smart automation. Taking full ownership of the AARRR, your goal is to seamlessly connect performance marketing, the web funnel, monetization, and the product.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth or performance marketing: B2C, Tier-1.
Proven ability to thrive in an AI-driven environment, leveraging a multi-agent approach to seamlessly cover and orchestrate various aspects of delivery.
Solid understanding of core performance marketing techniques, including a strong grasp of Meta Ads.
Hands-on in implementing growth marketing strategy for b2c products with a focus on the US and Europe markets.
Experience owning P&L.
Deep analytical skills — ability to interpret heavy data, validate AI-driven analytics, define insights, and turn them into actions.
Proven track record of designing and executing continuous experiments, A/B tests, and quantitative research to rapidly validate hypotheses.
Business-first mindset — every decision and initiative is driven by measurable impact and real business value.
Strong problem-solving mindset — able to make fast, data-based decisions.
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and owning projects end-to-end.
AI-oriented curiosity and a strong willingness to leverage AI tools and smart automation to optimize and scale processes.

You’ll be responsible for

Own and drive the e2e creation of new solution (subscription-based) - from initial R&D and finding scalable unit economics to leading the scaling of all product and marketing components, operating independently while utilizing a flexible, AI-driven toolset.
Orchestrate the full customer lifecycle through the AARRR framework - seamlessly connecting performance marketing loops with core product value to achieve core metrics.
Be responsible for P&L performance and key growth metrics for the new products.
Work deeply with META and creative production — support and scale user acquisition through smart automation and AI tools.
Build and optimize the web funnel and monetization by constantly generating hypotheses and running tests.
Analyze product & marketing performance and constantly search for scalable growth loops.
