Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our Enterprise clients.
Present your analysis and recommendations to your clients, and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing.
Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.
Promote, discuss, research and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers in a timely manner according to customer needs and priorities.
Collaborate with Account Managers on your accounts to strategize and identify areas for upsells/cross-sells within your customer portfolio.
Collaborate with our Head of ASO to highlight potential areas of improvement in our ASO Consultancy services.
Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback on new product features and enhancements.
Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for our clients and leads.
