Dynime is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects while optimizing day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while continuously improving internal processes and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, design, development, marketing, and customer success teams to coordinate resources, manage priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and has a passion for operational excellence, project leadership, and continuous improvement.

Role Details

• Experience: 3–6+ years in Project Management, Operations Management, Delivery Management, or a related field.

• Salary Range: USD $9,000 – $18,000 per year

Compensation is based on experience, project management expertise, leadership ability, interview performance, and location. Performance bonuses and annual salary reviews are available based on individual and company performance.

About the Role

As the Operations & Project Manager, you will serve as the central coordinator between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning to successful delivery. You will establish clear processes, monitor project progress, resolve blockers, allocate resources effectively, and continuously improve operational workflows.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple client projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

• Coordinate project resources across design, development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Operations Management

• Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Optimize resource planning and workload distribution.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

• Support business process automation initiatives.

• Improve cross-department collaboration and communication.

Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact during project execution.

• Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular status updates.

• Manage stakeholder expectations.

• Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

• Ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Assign responsibilities and monitor progress.

• Foster accountability and collaboration.

• Support team members in resolving project challenges.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Performance & Reporting

• Track project KPIs and operational metrics.

• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

• Present operational insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Continuously improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–6+ years of experience managing projects and business operations.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification.

• Experience managing software development or digital agency projects.

• Knowledge of SaaS, AI, digital transformation, or technology services.

• Experience implementing operational improvements.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation.
