National Strategic Partner Manager

Location: Remote (National Travel Required)

Job Summary:

The National Partner Manager is responsible for expanding and accelerating growth across Telarus’ most strategic national Technology Advisors partners. This role serves as the primary business relationship manager for assigned national partners, ensuring alignment with Telarus’ advanced solutions ecosystem, driving enablement, and enabling joint revenue acceleration across regions.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Management

• Serve as the main point of contact and relationship owner for assigned national strategic partners

• Develop and execute joint business plans including pipeline growth, operations alignment, marketing, and co-selling strategy

• Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partner executive leadership and Telarus senior stakeholders

• Align partner needs with Telarus’ engineering, operations, and commissions resources to ensure streamlined support and partner satisfaction

Growth & Enablement

• Identify growth opportunities across the partner’s national footprint including cloud, cybersecurity, data center, advanced connectivity, UCaaS/CCaaS, and AI solutions

• Build and execute national rollout and enablement plans with regional Telarus sales and supplier overlays

• Host strategic enablement sessions and coordinate supplier participation trainings/events

• Track and influence partner pipeline, deals, and overall segment performance

Recruitment & Expansion

• Identify whitespace offices or business units and expand Telarus engagement into new regions or practices

• Recruit and onboard emerging practices within existing national partners (e.g., data & AI, collaboration, security)

• Develop national partner champions and executive alignment to deepen long-term relationships

Performance Measurements

• Partner revenue growth and incremental advanced services contribution

• Pipeline development and velocity across multi-region execution

• National engagement adoption including events, trainings, and deal support utilization

• Partner satisfaction and retention through consistent alignment and responsiveness

• High business acumen with ability to articulate value across modern solutions (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, network)

• Skilled communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats
