The Role
- As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their partnership with Vivo Care. You will collaborate with our sales, patient onboarding and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and support, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

Drive product adoption and patient enrollment
Long-term account management
Relationship management
Reporting and analysis
Troubleshooting and support
Ability to travel to the United States as needed to support new and existing clients
What we are looking for
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, understandable terms
Strong Excel skills
Tech-savvy with a strong comfort level using digital platforms and software applications
Ability to adapt communication, presentations and trainings to match the audience
Background in insurance, claims reviews or US Healthcare an asset
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within healthcare technology or a related field.
