Marketing Lead - B2B SaaS Content & Growth Manager

Great products deserve great storytellers. Listo runs behind the scenes at stadiums, arenas, and hotels used by NFL, NBA, and NHL teams, plus brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and Live Nation, and we want someone who can bring that story to life across social and video.

This role is equal parts strategist and creator: you'll plan the content and then actually make it happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own organic and inbound growth strategy end to end, including brand, positioning, and go-to-market, focused on qualified B2B pipeline without paid acquisition
• Lead SEO and AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO): technical SEO, keyword strategy, content clusters, structured data, and link building to grow Domain Rating and visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews
• Own the content engine: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and customer stories that rank, get cited, and generate demand
• Build LinkedIn thought leadership for Listo and its leadership team, owning B2B social distribution that drives awareness and pipeline
• Improve the inbound funnel through conversion optimization, landing page experimentation, and nurture
• Track organic performance (rankings, traffic, backlinks, AI visibility, conversions, pipeline) and act on the data
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to turn buyer questions into content and growth opportunities, testing new channels along the way

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–6 years driving B2B SaaS growth (organic, inbound, SEO, or content-led marketing) with hands-on SEO experience: technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, link building, authority growth
• Content engines that drive real organic traffic and pipeline, plus strong B2B LinkedIn instincts, including founder/exec thought leadership and distribution
• Experience with AEO/GEO and AI search, tracking how ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini are reshaping discovery
• Fluent in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and HubSpot, with a sharp analytical mind: rankings, referring domains, conversion rates, attribution, and you know what to change
• Compelling B2B writer, native-level spoken and written English
• Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or venue tech is a strong plus; you move fast, experiment constantly, and don't wait for permission
