The opportunity: Legal Content Marketer
Your job: make BEAMON the first name a German-speaking lawyer thinks of when they think legal AI. And the first answer ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google give when they ask.
You'll start by taking over our content engine: blog, newsletter, website. You'll make it sharper, faster and impossible to ignore. Then you'll take the stage beyond our own channels: AI thought leadership with global publishers, syndication, and video success stories with our clients.
You're a legal expert who fell for marketing. You know how a Kanzlei partner reads, what an in-house counsel actually cares about, and why "AI will replace lawyers" is the worst headline you can write. That legal instinct is your unfair advantage.
This is an early-career role with senior-level ownership. You'll learn fast because you'll touch everything: SEO, AEO, video, PR, analytics. Nobody will hand you a content calendar. You build it.
Every piece we publish meets YOUR standard. You set the bar. If you nail it, you'll grow into leading content and brand for BEAMON as we scale across Europe.
Full-time, remote, based in Germany or Austria. Hybrid if you are in Vienna.
This role requires speed, but also extremely high quality standards. You’ll report to me, Chris (Head of Growth). I ask a lot and together we will achieve a lot.
You'll work closely with me (Chris, Head of Growth) and the teams in Marketing, Sales, and Product.
What you'll own
Because of you, lawyers and legal teams discover BEAMON, understand it and start a trial.
Content engine. You create, publish and distribute blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets. Fast, accurate, never boring. Your legal background allows you to understand how lawyers think and work.
Discoverability (SEO + AEO). You write for humans and for AI crawlers. You own the targets: rankings, AI answer share, organic traffic. When a lawyer asks an AI which legal AI to use, BEAMON is in the answer.
Thought leadership. You land BEAMON's voice on AI and the future of legal work with global and legal publishers, and you run content syndication.
Video success stories. You're the operational project manager: you get clients excited to tell their story, brief the agency, run the logistics and ship the film.
Brand and share of voice. You build the BEAMON brand at its core and track how it stacks up against others. Every month.

Need to have
Legal background. A degree in law or a related field. You love the law, and you can tell a sharp legal argument from AI slop in one read. We love to share how many lawyers work in GTM at BEAMON!
Content. Professional experience in content marketing. You've shipped some really cool stuff and got great results.
Bold. You're not intimidated by competition. You want to beat them.
Curious. You keep up with all things tech, especially SEO, AEO and video. You've tried the newest AI tools before we ask.
Ownership. Strong work ethic. You don't wait for a brief, and you don't get blocked.
Languages and location. Native German, English at C1 or better. Based in Germany or Austria.
Extra points for
SaaS. Experience in B2B SaaS, tech or professional services.
Publishers and agencies. You've worked with publishing houses or agencies and know how to get the best out of them.
Syndication. You've run content syndication before.
Tooling. Hands-on with AirOps, Ahrefs or Semrush.
Data. You enjoy performance tracking and marketing ops. A dashboard doesn't scare you.
