Responsibilities

• Build and expand Sine Engineering's customer and partner network across Germany.

• Identify, engage, and develop strategic accounts across the defense, aerospace, UAV manufacturing, systems integration, robotics, electronics, telecommunications, RF, autonomy, and other related technology sectors.

• Own the full sales cycle, including market mapping, prospecting, qualification, discovery, technical evaluation, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and long-term account growth.

• Develop relationships with OEMs, system integrators, defense primes, technology partners, and relevant government-affiliated stakeholders.

• Build direct relationships with senior executives and C-level decision-makers while developing strong engagement across engineering, program management, and procurement functions.

• Position Sine Engineering effectively before formal procurement and tender processes begin.

• Lead customer discussions related to communication modules, GNSS-denied navigation systems, video links, embedded autonomy software, and integration opportunities.

• Coordinate technical evaluations, pilot projects, demonstrations, and integration discussions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, contract documentation, and partnership models.

• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, volume commitments, long-term agreements, and commercial frameworks.

• Maintain high standards of CRM management, pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and account planning in line with European business operations.

• Provide market intelligence regarding German defense procurement, competitors, customer requirements, funding priorities, and partnership opportunities.

• Represent Sine Engineering at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings across Germany and Europe.

• Help establish scalable and repeatable sales processes for the German market and contribute to future team growth.

• Work closely with the Managing Director Germany to ensure commercial account ownership and local market representation remain aligned and complementary.

  
  Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic account management, or partnerships within a complex technical environment.

• Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales processes with enterprise, industrial, defense, aerospace, or technology customers.

• Strong understanding of long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder procurement processes, and complex commercial negotiations.

• Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into clear business and technical requirements.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, operations, legal, and executive leadership teams.

• Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive-level communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently, proactively creating opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with both a functional sales manager and a local managing director.

• Based in Munich or willing to travel there regularly.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, Ukraine, and Europe.
  
  Nice to Have

• Experience in the defense, aerospace, UAV, robotics, telecommunications, RF, or deep-tech sectors.

• Experience building a market presence, territory, or sales function from an early stage.

• Experience working with international teams, particularly across Germany and Eastern Europe.

• Experience negotiating framework agreements and other long-term commercial partnerships.
