We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across key EMEA markets with a strong focus on the meat processing industry. This role is connected to our Tipper Tie business in Glinde, Germany, while offering the flexibility of a remote-based position within EMEA.

Your impact

As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across North Africa, France, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, while supporting broader EMEA growth opportunities. You will work closely with distributors, end customers, and internal stakeholders to expand market share and strengthen JBT Marel's presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies across assigned territories.
Manage, evaluate, and expand distributor and channel partner networks.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration within the meat processing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with processors, distributors, integrators, and key industry stakeholders.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure long-term strategic agreements.
Deliver high-impact presentations to executive-level customers and decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, applications, marketing, and product management.
Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and accurate market intelligence.
Support customers with technical and commercial solutions related to processing equipment, consumables, casings, clips, and related technologies.
Represent JBT Marel and Tipper Tie at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

What you'll bring

Required experience

Minimum 8 years of international sales experience within the meat processing, food processing, packaging, or related food technology sectors.

Proven success managing distributors and indirect sales channels.

Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment, consumables, or integrated processing solutions.

Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of delivering revenue growth.

Experience negotiating high-value contracts and long sales-cycle opportunities.

Existing network within the meat processing industry across one or more target regions.

Skills & competencies

Distributor and partner management expertise.

Strategic business development and market expansion capabilities.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

Ability to operate independently within a remote and international environment.

Analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and sales performance metrics.

High level of cultural awareness and relationship-building skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

Equivalent industry expertise and commercial experience will also be considered.

Master Butcher qualification or practical meat industry experience is highly valued.

Languages

· Fluent English is required.

· French is highly preferred.

Additional European or Arabic languages are considered an advantage.
