HR and administration - WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.
• Support HR activities, including onboarding, leave administration, employee records, and basic payroll coordination.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain and organize company records, contracts, HR documents, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Business Development teams on administrative requirements.
• Manage correspondence, vendor coordination, office supplies, and other general administrative matters.
• Assist with HR and administrative compliance in line with local employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Provide support on other HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and MOM guidelines.
• Comfortable working across different functions and handling a variety of HR and administrative responsibilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in the logistics, freight, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
