Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning day-to-day scheduling and cross-team coordination.
Role overview
You will keep a busy UK team organised, coordinating schedules, documentation and communication across departments so nothing falls through the cracks.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and meetings across multiple teams
- Maintain accurate records and shared documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support process improvements and reporting
- Manage correspondence and follow-ups
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects
What you will need
- Experience with calendar and inbox management tools (Outlook or Google Workspace)
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or departments
- Familiarity with document management and filing systems
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable working UK business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday)
- Prior experience supporting a UK or international team
- Familiarity with CRM systems
