Our client is looking for a reliable and organizedHealthcare Virtual Assistantto support the day-to-day operations of a home healthcare agency.
The ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, administrative support, and industry-specific software, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients
- Assist with appointment and shift scheduling, changes, and updates
- Maintain accurate records and information in industry-specific software
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and internal team members as needed
- Monitor schedules and help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the home healthcare team
- Handle information with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Experience working with scheduling and calendar management
- Experience using home healthcare or related industry-specific software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with confidential client and healthcare-related information
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a home healthcare agency, care giving company, or healthcare organization
- Familiarity with caregiver/client scheduling and coordination
- Experience working with electronic scheduling or healthcare management systems
