Healthcare Advertising Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to support a growing company serving the healthcare and pharmacy industries. This remote role will focus on managing digital communication, supporting advertising initiatives, and keeping client activity organized and moving forward.

The ideal candidate has previous account management or client services experience and understands the advertising or marketing needs of healthcare-related businesses. Experience working with pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, or similar organizations is strongly preferred.

This is a non-phone-based position. Most communication and outreach will be conducted through LinkedIn and email, making excellent written English essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and business contacts through LinkedIn and email.

• Support healthcare and pharmacy-related advertising campaigns.

• Coordinate campaign activities, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Maintain organized records of client communication, campaign progress, and outstanding action items.

• Draft clear, professional emails and LinkedIn messages.

• Monitor responses and ensure important conversations receive timely follow-up.

• Prepare regular updates and reports on account and campaign activity.

• Coordinate with internal team members to keep projects aligned with client goals.

• Identify potential issues and take initiative to keep work moving forward.

• Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, client services, advertising, or digital marketing.

• Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare-related clients is strongly preferred.

• Excellent written English and professional business communication skills.

• Experience using LinkedIn and email for business communication, relationship management, or campaign support.

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with CRM, project management, email marketing, advertising, or reporting platforms is preferred.
