Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Middle East Market (WFH)

Addmore Services is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the Middle East AEC market to support our business development and lead-generation efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience in SALES/Business Development in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Built environment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential AEC clients and target companies across the Middle East.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, online research, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential clients.
• Connect with decision-makers such as business owners, directors, project managers, commercial managers, architects, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Introduce Addmore Services and explain our AEC outsourcing solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs, projects, and potential outsourcing requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to develop potential business opportunities.
• Monitor AEC industry trends, companies, projects, and market opportunities in the Middle East.
• Meet agreed lead-generation, outreach, appointment-setting, and sales development targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar sales role.
• Previous experience selling to or prospecting within the Middle East AEC market is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including construction, architecture, engineering, fit-out, joinery, stone/marble, or related services.
• Experience dealing with clients or companies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or other Middle East markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong cold-calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate with key decision-makers.
• Strong research, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work according to the required Middle East business hours/time zone.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in SALES and Business Development of any of the following will be highly considered:

• Australian construction industry
• Architectural services
• Engineering services
• Interior design and fit-out
• Quantity surveying and estimating
• BIM/CAD services
• Construction project support
