X-ray Product Marketing (CTX) — Fixed, Mobile, Fluoroscopy and Digital X-ray (AI)

Principal Responsibilities -

Launch Execution & NPI Support

• Build and drive launch plans per product launch, including internal readiness, training, and milestone tracking (PRD & NCA support).
• Coordinate external launch delivery: campaigns, press activities, and webinars, in partnership with the Director and regional marketing.
• Track launch milestones against plan and flag risks to the Director before they affect the go-to-market timeline.

Sales Enablement

• Own the marketing kit for the portfolio: battlecards, presentations, clinical and value messaging, objection handling, and demonstration tools.
• Keep sales-facing content current, accurate, and aligned with the positioning set by the Director.

Competitive Operations

• Run competitive tracking and win/loss analysis at the product level.
• Feed findings back into portfolio strategy and flag competitive shifts that require response to our commercial teams

Evidence & Content Assets

• Develop and maintain product sheets, case studies, reference stories, and return-on-investment tools across the portfolio.
• Ensure all content reflects current clinical and health-economic evidence approved by Clinical/Medical Affairs.

Regional Enablement

• Build master assets designed for regional localization, enabling regional teams to execute in-country without rebuilding core materials.
• Support regional teams with opportunity/bowler-level visibility and coordination, without owning the customer relationship directly.

Marketing Operations

• Along with Marketing communications, maintain the asset library and manage content approvals in line with regulatory, legal, and brand requirements.
• Track indicators/KPIs across launches and campaigns; coordinate events and key-opinion-leader logistics.

Product & Cross-Functional Input

• Act as a structured input channel from the field and market into R&D and Product Management: consolidate customer, competitive, and regional feedback into clear, prioritized input for roadmap discussions.
• Support the Product Marketing Director in cross-functional coordination with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access on launch-related deliverables and dependencies.
• This role enables regional Product marketing execution; it does not replace it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical devices or another regulated B2B environment.
• Experience building sales enablement content and supporting product launches end-to-end.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and Sales/Commercial teams.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English fluency is a must; additional language skills are a plus.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $116,000.00-$174,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
