Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: Finance & Administration. Reports to: Founder & CEO.
Role
Lead finance, cash-flow planning, budgets and internal controls for Netziah's service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain forecasts and monitor revenue, costs, service profitability and working capital.
- Supervise invoices, collections, authorized spending and financial reporting.
- Review cost of recruitment and service commitments with leadership and qualified compliance advisors.
Required qualifications
- Leadership in finance or accounting with budgeting and cash-flow responsibilities.
- Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills and ability to explain financial operating metrics.
- Professional English, confidentiality and experience implementing spending controls.
Preferred qualifications
- Service-agency or cross-border U.S./Philippines operations.
- Cloud accounting and financial forecasting systems.
