Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project.

The ideal candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people-management skills. Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed.

Candidates with experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
• Manage communication and coordination with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.
• Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management.
• Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges.
• Ensure that project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify potential operational risks and proactively suggest solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.
