DTC Paid Media Ads Buyer (Client Growth Manager)

About the role:
Our client is a full-service growth agency focused on acquisition, lifecycle, and creative. They partner with high-growth DTC brands, fitness and wellness companies, and consumer businesses across verticals, including athlete-led brands, luxury fashion labels, SaaS apps, lead-gen, and healthcare companies. Their goal is to be true partners in growing clients' businesses, working directly with founders who have built and exited companies, former platform leads, and category-defining brands. The role:
We're hiring a Paid Media Buyer to work alongside the Head of Paid Media across a portfolio of 15+ accounts, primarily on Meta, with Google and TikTok as well. You'll own the daily health, execution, and management of client ad accounts, share creative insights with our Creative Strategy team, and communicate directly with clients on performance. Experience running DTC and ecommerce accounts is a big plus.

What you will do:

• Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a growing set of accounts
• Monitor performance daily, flag anomalies, adjust budgets and bids, pause underperformers, and scale what's working
• Build and launch campaigns from strategic direction: audience setup, ad set structure, creative uploads, UTM tagging, naming conventions
• Keep tracking healthy: pixel, CAPI, and attribution settings
• Pull and organize weekly performance data for client reporting and internal review
• Share creative insights with our Creative Strategy team: which hooks, angles, and formats are working at each stage of the funnel, and what to test next
• Coordinate with the team on campaign timelines, asset delivery, and launch readiness for drops, sales, and seasonal pushes
• Maintain clean, organized account structures and documentation
• Lead regular performance updates with clients and keep them informed proactively

Who you are:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media on Meta and/or Google, with demonstrable results
• You've managed at least 50K USD per month in ad spend and know how to read performance data and act on it
• You're operationally excellent: reliable, detail-oriented, process-driven, and responsive
• You have a creative eye. You understand why certain creative works at certain stages and can explain it clearly
• You find tools to work faster, and you know when the work needs your own judgment
• You're comfortable on client calls, with clear, confident written and spoken English
• You're coachable and want to learn from someone who has built and scaled paid programs across dozens of brands
• Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time PST
