As a Customer Success Manager at PERSUIT, you'll partner with in-house legal teams to transform how they select and manage outside counsel and control legal spend, from intake to invoice.

You'll own a portfolio of North American enterprise clients and act as a strategic advisor to General Counsel and Legal Operations leaders. Your goal is to deliver measurable value, build lasting client relationships, and make renewal a no-brainer.

What You'll Be Doing

Own a portfolio of enterprise clients across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
Build data-driven success plans and advise clients on outside counsel management best practices, including competitive sourcing, alternative fee arrangements, and spend governance.
Turn usage and savings data into a clear value story that drives renewal and expansion.
Build executive sponsorship and develop strong, multi-threaded relationships across every account.
Drive adoption through training, change management, and scalable self-service programs.
Identify risks and growth opportunities early, collaborating with the right internal experts to take action.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States. While we welcome applicants nationwide, candidates located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones are preferred.

Requirements

Who You Are

Bring 2–4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, consulting, or legal operations, with a track record of managing client relationships or portfolios.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and comfortable leading high-stakes conversations.
A data-literate storyteller who can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Proactive, organized, and technically curious, with an interest in leveraging technology and AI to work smarter.
Bring a positive, "yes, and" mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.

Nice to Have

Experience in legal operations, legal technology, fintech, or professional services.
Familiarity with legal pricing, law firm sourcing, or corporate legal departments.
