At PURE HomeRiver, service comes first. We’re looking foraCorporate Development Associateto generate and qualify new property management acquisition opportunities through multi-channel outreach. You'll engage prospects, conduct discovery conversations, and help build a high-quality pipeline in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range:$34 - $36/hr + 20% on-target incentive
Pay Frequency:Biweekly
Position Hours:40 Hours/Week
FLSA:Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels, including email, phone, and online video meetings, to conduct
prospecting activities and generate qualified leads. - Craft compelling and personalized email communications to engage potential clients and
establish initial connections. - Make proactive phone calls to prospects, showcasing your ability to effectively
communicate our value proposition and nurture relationships. - Conduct online video meetings to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and
present our solutions in a compelling manner. - Consistently engage in proactive outreach efforts to expand our network and identify new
business opportunities. - Represent PURE HomeRiver at industry conferences, trade associations, and networking events on a
regional and national basis, with overnight travel expected several times per year. - Serve as a knowledgeable, credible face of PURE in professional settings, articulating our
value proposition to owners, operators, and prospective partners.
Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with Corporate Development Team cross-functional teams, including sales
management and marketing, to ensure the quality and quantity of discovery
opportunities. - Assist in scheduling discovery calls and appointments for Corporate Development
Executives.
Qualifications and Communication:
- Conducting qualification and information discovery calls with specific prospects as
assigned. - Effectively communicating and presenting our core value proposition, company values,
and our vision, mission, and positioning.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience in an appointment-setting, SDR, BDR or call center role, or a strong desire to start a career in corporate development
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling rejection with resilience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) for list building and data cleanup
- Ability to travel occasionally for industry events
