As a Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be our strategic lever on the commercial and legal side of sales. You will take the lead on all commercial, legal, and process-related topics to successfully close complex, high-value deals.

By your side: Our strong Tech Sales team

You don't need to be a deep-tech expert: While our highly specialized technical sales team (Tech Sales) handles the technological validation and delivers the technical Proof of Value (PoV) to the customer, you can focus entirely on your core expertise, the business side.

Enterprise Sales & New Business: You will acquire strategic new customers across industrial companies, data center operators, and international corporate groups, and systematically develop successful pilot projects into company-wide software rollouts.
Procurement & Process Mastery: You will navigate the complex procurement processes of large enterprises, proactively remove administrative hurdles, and manage the entire negotiation cycle.
Commercial & Legal Leadership: You will design and negotiate customized framework agreements and turnkey rollout plans, enabling customers to make fast, legally sound, and seamless purchasing decisions.

Requirements

Experience: You have at least 3 years of proven success in B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales, ideally within large corporations or complex industrial environments.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills at C-level and procurement level, combined with a deep understanding of commercial and legal contract structures.
Strong Structure & Process Orientation: You are able to strategically navigate complex procurement processes and resolve obstacles collaboratively. You are confident using CRM systems in your day-to-day sales activities; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
