Business Development Manager (EU) – FX/CFD Overview A regulated global FX/CFD broker offering a broad range of instruments, advanced trading tools and professional support is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across European markets. You will own the full partner and client acquisition cycle, from lead generation to onboarding and activation. Responsibilities- Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business
- Acquire and onboard new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding and activation
- Build and grow relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue
- Represent the business at industry events, expos and networking opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor activity across the EU
- Work closely with retention, dealing and marketing teams
- Hit monthly revenue and acquisition targets and keep CRM and pipeline reporting accurate
- Proven business development experience within Forex/CFD (mandatory)
- Strong existing network in European financial or trading markets
- Experience managing IBs, affiliates or partner distribution channels
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
- Solid understanding of trading products, platforms and financial markets
- Able to work independently and drive regional growth
