We're accelerating our growth by expanding our partner network and looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to play a key role in that expansion.

Your Mission

Build and grow Maxsold's network of service professional business partners, including senior move managers, estate sale companies, professional organizers, and other businesses serving clients through major life transitions.

You'll own the full sales cycle, primarily through outbound prospecting (approximately 80%), helping businesses discover how Maxsold can grow their revenue, win more clients, and operate more efficiently.

We welcome candidates from both traditional B2B sales backgrounds and the estate sales and senior downsizing industries. If you've owned, operated, grown, or sold services to businesses in these industries, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch & close. Identify, engage, and convert new service provider partners, from independent business owners to multi-location franchise networks.
• Build industry relationships. Develop trusted connections with senior move managers, estate sale professionals, professional organizers, and other service providers.
• Help partners grow. Demonstrate how Maxsold can help businesses attract new clients, expand service offerings, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Nurture inbound opportunities. Act quickly on qualified leads generated through marketing, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Represent Maxsold. Attend 3 to 4 industry or Maxsold-led events per quarter, build relationships, and engage with relevant professional associations.
• Own the pipeline. Manage opportunities from initial outreach through signing and activation, maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Deliver results. Consistently achieve partner acquisition and revenue targets while improving conversion rates and sales cycle velocity.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, B2B sales, partner acquisition, or growing a service-based business, ideally with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to proactively generate opportunities, build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close business.
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-directed, results-oriented approach, with the motivation and discipline to succeed in an outbound-focused sales role.
• An engaging, authentic communication style and confidence presenting to business owners, industry professionals, and small groups.
• Comfort working with CRM systems, performance metrics, and a highly accountable, data-driven and fast-moving team.
• A growth mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine drive to improve.

Highly Valued Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Industry ownership or operations: Experience owning, operating, managing, or growing a senior move management, estate sale, estate liquidation, professional organizing, or downsizing business, with direct responsibility for business development or client acquisition.
• Selling into the industry: Experience in sales or business development targeting senior move managers, estate sale companies, professional organizers, estate professionals, or other businesses serving clients through life transitions.
• Industry relationships: An established professional network within the estate sales, senior move management, downsizing, or related service industries.
• B2B SaaS or marketplace sales: Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, independent operators, or franchise networks, particularly with companies such as Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Toast.
• Industry association involvement: Experience working with or participating in organizations such as NASMM, NAPO, POC, ASEL, ISA, or ASA.
• Structured sales methodology: Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks such as Sandler.
