Job Overview:

At Mediboost, we're looking for a driven Appointment Setter to help us bring on new clients. In this role, you'll speak with dental practice owners and managers across Australia who want to grow their practice, and book them into Strategy Sessions with our sales team.

You'll quickly follow up with practices that have enquired about our services, reach out to new prospects, explain the value Mediboost can bring to their practice, and make sure every booked call actually happens. Your work is the first step in every new client relationship we build.

You'll be speaking with busy business owners, so confident communication and smart objection handling are key. We provide comprehensive training so you understand our services, our clients and the dental industry. Your experience in sales, appointment setting and call centre environments will be invaluable, as will your ability to build trust quickly with decision makers.

Please note, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting (online) or sales. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain meticulous records in the CRM for every interaction.
• Be proactive in learning about our company and growing within your role.
• Clearly communicate the value of Mediboost's services during appointment scheduling.
• Tactically manage any objections during the appointment setting process.
• Collaborate with our team to optimise scripts and processes for superior booking rates.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance Appointment setting workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address inquiries efficiently and effectively
  
• Produce daily reports on calls made, conversations held and appointments set.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Appointment Setting or Sales.
• Neutral American/US/Canadian accent preferred.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Strong internal communication skills (CRM notes, call recording, etc.).
• Diligence in follow-up, with a hustle mindset to convert leads.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and focused on achieving results.
